Snicker Caramel Pie


Snicker Caramel Pie


1 x  prepared Chocolate Crust (You can use Romany Creams or any other chocolate biscuit)

270g pkt small Snicker chocolate bars (You can use Mars Bars or Bar Ones)
230g tub of smooth cream cheese
2x tubs 250ml (1 cup) cream
360g can (use 60ml) (4tbs) Caramel Treat

METHOD:

1. Place ten chocolate bars, cut them into small pieces and place in a heat resistant dish, microwave on 100% (high) power three to four minutes, or until softened, stir twice.
2. Add the cream cheese to the softened chocolate bars and beat with an electric beater until well mixed.
3.     Place 250ml (1 cup) of  cream in a mixing bowl and beat until thick, fold into the  mixture.
4.     Pour the mixture into the crust and allow to chill.
5.     Beat the remaining 250ml (1 cup) of cream until stiff, spread over top of pie.
6.     Chop or grate the 2 remaining snicker bars over the cream topping.
7.     Place the Caramel Treat in a heat resistant bowl and microwave on 100% (high) power, 30 seconds, stir then drizzle over the cream.
8.     Chill before serving
Serves six
